The Nine Whetū by Sara Moana (Ngāti Tamaoho, Tainui) is a playful series illustrating each of the nine stars celebrated during Matariki.

Moana’s whimsical, witty approach explores both the interwoven, collective significance of Matariki in Aotearoa, and the plentiful ways in which, as we look above, each star helps us navigate our lives during a time of reflection, whanaungatanga and wellbeing.
